Delete your Shepard account

You can delete your Shepard account and its associated data at any time, in either of two ways.

Option 1: In the app

Go to Settings → Delete Account. Deleting your account removes your profile, posts, comments, prayers, messages, and family connections.

Option 2: By email

Send a deletion request from the email address associated with your account to support@shepard.love. Your request will be processed within 30 days.

What we retain

• Donation records: retained for up to 7 years to comply with tax and financial regulations.
• Backups: purged on our normal backup rotation (up to 90 days).
